Return Policy for Naked Smokes

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Goods damaged in transit may be replaced at the seller’s sole discretion.
Buyer must file for replacement of damaged goods, within five days of the delivery of goods by sending an email to orders@nakedsmokes.com.

The email must include the following:
1. A photograph of the damaged, unopened shipping container
2. Specify the product type and quantity of the damaged goods, only contained therein, along with a photograph of those damaged goods
3. Buyer’s contact information: physical address, email address, and phone number
4. Shipping invoice number

Replacement of damaged goods is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Replacement is not guaranteed.
