Goods damaged in transit may be replaced at Seller’s sole discretion. Within five (5) days of delivery of damaged goods, buyer must submit a request for replacement using the Contact Us Form.
Buyer’s request must attach photos of the damaged shipping box and packs, the invoice number, along with Buyer’s phone number, shipping and email addresses.
