Naked Smokes™ master green tea blend was created and is owned by Comsis, LLC, a US-based company. Its founders direct a highly-qualified team of independent suppliers and USA-based manufacturers.
THE PROCESS
Creating an excellent smoking blend starts with selecting superior ingredients. Naked Smokes’ certifiable food-grade green tea is grown on sustainable farms in one of the world’s most honored tea-growing countries. It is a pioneer in implementing comprehensive ESG farming protocols.
When the green tea plants’ top leaves reach their peak, they are harvested by hand, leaving the plant to reproduce more leaves. The leaves are heated to fix their level of oxidation and flavor before being sorted, graded, and selected.
The selected leaves, along with Naked Smokes’ trade secret combination of herbs and spices, are delivered to an ISO-certified food-grade and HACCP-compliant production facility. Naked Smokes™ processor is one of the world’s largest and most respected in the industry, and has earned many complimentary certifications. The processed master blend is then sealed inside protective bags and boxes before being shipped to the production plant in the USA.
The 100% tobacco and nicotine free master green tea blend is reconstituted and homogenized using Naked’s trade secret production methods. This allows the blend to be manufactured into cigarette fill material.
This herbal fill is quickly forwarded on for stick production and packaging into filtered cigarettes, which are then inserted into Naked Cigarettes’ branded packs and. The fill material could also be packaged into cigars, loose pipe fill, chews, and even tea bags for brewing hot drinks.
